Refund policy

Bentwood Dreams does not offer refunds. These rings are hand-made, and as such represent a significant amount of work and expensive materials. Please ensure that your ring sizing is done professionally, or with high quality ring sizers that factor width and inner comfort fit profiling. If you have ordered the incorrect size, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but there will be additional fees for materials and shipping for the new ring. The original ring must also be returned in new condition at the customer's expense.
